Well that was fun with our Chinese New Year Menu and some lovely positive comments and some great pictures posted – do see the gallery below of the pictures posted on my social media feeds

Mrs HC has looked at them all and has now awarded the two bottles of Cellarhead Beer to Tim & June Chapman as they were making their night an extra celebration of 39 years of marriage and a few days later it was Tim’s birthday so she thought it only apt they should have some beer to celebrate with it….

For our next Hari2Go we are taking a slightly seafaring theme with a fish and shellfish themed menu that will kick off with some assorted canapes that one would see at any liners black tie affair to whet your appetite! Our first course will then be classic Prawn & Crab Cocktail that will be served with some fresh homemade slices of Irish Soda Bread.

For the main course we will produce some individual fish pies comprising of White fish, Salmon, Scallop, Hot Smoked Salmon & Squid in a white wine Dill Sauce topped with mashed potato. There will be leaf spinach within the pie filling and some boiled Quails Eggs as well.

To complete your meal we will also serve up a homemade Banoffee Mascarpone Cheesecake that will comprise of a buttery biscuit base (I do love an alliteration) topped with caramel and banana then a cream and mascarpone topping before being topped by grated chocolate.

We will serve all this within our now infamous tiffin boxes for two persons and will also include a mini bottle of prosecco per person to kick the meal off in style and when you return the box the next morning (as we will need them for the second night) it will also include a couple of freshly baked croissants for you as well.

We will do this meal over two nights February 26th & February 27th with just six boxes up for grabs each evening. Cost per box (for 2 persons) will be £25 per person. We can accommodate a single diner with a takeaway using disposables.

Booking is now open and it will close at 5pm on Sunday 21st so you must be quick to secure your box. Confirmation of your booking will only be made once payment is made via your secure online payment link.
