Events & Booking Form

We are happy to announce the following dates for our Twenty Nineteen events are now open for booking…

We will be taking the Hari Covert concept to some new and innovative venues around the county so that we hope you will come and support us in some pretty quirky and different locations.

Following our disastrous and frustrating time in 2018 with the unexpected and serious leg injury we felt our 2019 events should provide you with some pretty unique opportunities to try our food along with like-minded foodies.

Bookings are now being taken for all events listed up to June 2019 apart from the May 23rd one as we are still finalising details. We believe booking for this event will open on March 1st 2019

Prices for each event are also not fully finalised but a guideline is given along with a general theme or indication of venue location. We provide full details once bookings are confirmed with instructions etc.

We ask for a £5 per person booking deposit payable by credit/debit card – we email you an invoice to confirm the booking with a secure online payment link that will be refunded if the event is cancelled.

If you wish to cancel as long as this is done at least 14 days prior to the event your deposit will be refunded – thereafter it will only be refunded subject to us being able to resell your places.

We are always on the lookout for new venues that we can do a pop up in and happy to discuss with you if you have a venue or know of one  that you think we might like… Ideally something that will seat up to 50 people maximum and hopefully with some sort of kitchen facilities although we can work round this.

If you think you have tried every type of restaurant dining then you have just got to try

Hari Covert’s Underground Restaurant

Our ethos is to provide restaurant quality food in the comfort of either our home venue or other selected venues with just that element of mystery!!!

We are keen to protect the identity of “Hari Covert” your cook.

We can assure you it will be a quality meal cooked to the very highest standards.

The meal will often include a welcome drink on arrival and sometimes a suitable selected drink to go with the dessert.

As already stated we request a small booking deposit (normally £5 per person) when making a booking – we will send you an invoice normally within 48 hours with a secure on line payment facility to confirm your booking with a credit or debit card.

We then request the balance payable in cash on the night of your chosen event.

You are welcome to bring your own drinks to go with your meal (unless it is included or a bar is provided by the venue we are using) and glasses will be provided.
