We are delighted to announce we are running our first ever supperclub dinner in our new home venue on Saturday June 11th... it will be an alfresco dinner in our specially created ga

We will be cooking a summer themed menu that will showcase some local and seasonal produce and as per usual you are invited to bring your own drinks to have with your meal (water & glasses will be provided)

We will welcome you with a summer drink on arrival and we will serve some appropriate nibbles with this.

Our first course will be a roasted red pepper served with some air dried cured ham and our freshly baked beer bread (possibly a chorizo version)

Next we will serve a fish course – a fillet of whitefish (depending on market purchases) that will be baked with a panko and marmalade crust and served with a dill butter cream sauce – the addition of marmalade provides a nice citric kick to the dish.

For the main course we will serve a chicken breast supreme stuffed with a wild garlic mousse made from the the thigh meat (the wild garlic we foraged earlier this year) and this will be served with some crushed jersey royal potatoes and then some fresh English Asparagus and some ubiquitous “Green Beans” a light chicken jus will tie it all together.

To complete this meal we will serve a homemade strawberry iced parfait with a topping of local strawberries mixed with some roasted home grown rhubarb and warm butter shortbread.

Coffee will be served with some homemade chocolate fruit & nut truffles.

Dinner Served: 8:00pm

Price per person: £35 (not including service) £5 deposit per person required to secure your places – Balance payable on the night in cash
